Where are my audio and notes saved?
NotaFrog is built local-first. Transcription notes and text fragments are stored locally on your device in your browser's IndexedDB. Pro and Team users can opt to sync summaries to cloud services like Google Docs.
What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?
We'll notify you as you approach your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to add more transcription minutes for the rest of the month.
Can I cancel or upgrade my subscription?
Yes. You can manage your plans, view billing records, and cancel or upgrade directly from your Account Dashboard.
